WIYE-LD is the low-powered, CBS- affiliated television station for the Mid- Ohio Valley that is licensed to Parkersburg, West Virginia. It broadcasts a high definition digital signal on UHF channel 47 from a transmitter in Independence Township, Ohio. The station can also be seen on Suddenlink channel 5 (SD) and channel 105 (HD). Owned by Gray Television, the station is sister to NBC affiliate WTAP-TV and low-powered Fox affiliate WOVA-LD. All three television outlets share studios on Market Street (official address is One Television Plaza) in downtown Parkersburg. Syndicated programming on this station includes Frasier, Access Hollywood, Extra, and Family Feud among others. It operates the market's MyNetworkTV affiliate on a second digital subchannel and Suddenlink digital channel 97. Although associated with WTAP's news department, there are currently no local newscasts produced exclusively for WIYE and/or any simulcasted from the NBC outlet.
