WGVA (1240 AM) is a radio station broadcasting a News Talk Information format. Licensed to Geneva, New York, USA, the station is currently owned by Geneva Broadcasting Inc and features programming from ABC Radio and Westwood One.
Prior to the news talk format that is in effect today, WGVA was a commercial upbeat top 40 format radio station. The station had a full-time team of disc jockeys and commercial advertising staff that broadcast current events and top 40 music, and provided high quality entertainment throughout the Finger Lakes area.
