The station is owned by América CV Station Group, Inc., and is co-owned with independent station WJAN-CD (channel 41). The two stations share studio facilities located in Hialeah Gardens, and its transmitter is located on West Hallandale Beach Boulevard in the Carver Ranches section of West Park.
