Vibe (real name Paco Ramone or Francisco "Cisco" Ramon) is a comic book superhero published by DC Comics.

Portrayed by actor Carlos Valdes, Vibe made his live-action debut in The CW television series Arrow, and is a starring character in the spin-off series The Flash.

Vibe is an American music and entertainment magazine founded by producer Quincy Jones. The publication predominantly features R&B and hip-hop music artists, actors and other entertainers. After shutting down production in Summer 2009, Vibe was purchased by the private equity investment fund InterMedia Partners and is now issued semi-monthly with double covers, with a larger online presence. The magazine's target demographic is predominantly young, urban followers of hip-hop culture. In 2014, the magazine moved online-only.

The magazine owed its success to featuring a broader range of interests than its closest competitors The Source and XXL which focus more narrowly on rap music, or the rock and pop-centric Rolling Stone and Spin. ViBe

ViBe is a background subtraction algorithm which has been presented at the IEEE ICASSP 2009 conference and was refined in later publications. More precisely, it is a software module for extracting background information from moving images. It has been developed by Oliver Barnich and Marc Van Droogenbroeck of the Montefiore Institute, University of Liège, Belgium.

ViBe is patented: the patent covers various aspects such as stochastic replacement, spatial diffusion, and non-chronological handling.

ViBe is written in the programming language C, and has been implemented on CPU, GPU and FPGA.

Vibe () is a South Korean R&B group. They released their first album in 2002 as a trio of two male singers ( Yoon Min-soo and Ryu Jae-hyun) and a rapper (Yoo Sung Gyu). Their first single "미워도 다시 한번 (Although it is hateful, again)" was a success and a huge hit for the group making them very popular. Their second single "Promise U" was also very successful. Their 2nd album came out in November 2003 and their first single "오래 오래 (Long Long Time)" was a huge hit as was their second single "사진을 보다가 (While Looking at the Picture)". This cemented their status as a popular group and consistent hit makers. During the hiatus between their 2nd and 3rd albums, the rapper left the group citing that he wanted to pursue his own style of music, taking on the name Noblesse. Vibe went on to release their 3rd album in 2006 which became a success with their two hits "그 남자, 그 여자 (That Man, That Woman)" and "술이야 (Drinking)". Vibe release their 4th album and their title song was "다시 와주라" (Comeback Again). In 2011, Yoon Min-soo joins the cast of MBC I Am a Singer, and debut singing "그 남자, 그 여자 (That Man, That Woman)" and "술이야 (Drinking)", he obtains the 2nd place behind Insooni (인순이).

Vibe (TV series)

Vibe is an syndicated American late night talk show that was spun off from the magazine of the same name. Premiering in August 1997, it was produced by Quincy Jones, hosted by Chris Spencer, and featured President Bill Clinton on its first episode. Like The Arsenio Hall Show of the early 1990s, it attracted young, urban audiences . Spencer was fired in October of that year, and replaced by comedian Sinbad, along with Big Boy as the in-house announcer. The show would only last until the summer of 1998, when it was cancelled. The show taped from CBS Television City in Los Angeles.
