Uravugal is a 2009 Indian Tamil-language soap opera that aired on Sun TV. The show premiered on 1 June 2009 and aired Monday through Friday at 11:30AM IST. The show starring by Archana Krishnappa, Bhavana, Srikumar, Rajkanth and Durga in lead roles. The series also reunited Bhavana, Srikumar and Rajkanth, who previously starred together three years before on Megala (2007-2010)
The Show Directed by Balaji Yadav, Shiva K. and S. Haribabu. The show is produced by San Media Ltd. It had been receiving the highest ratings of Tamil serials and received high praising from viewers. The show last aired on 12 October 2012 and ended with 854 episodes. It also airs in Sri Lanka Tamil Channel on Vasantham TV.
