Two Weeks is a 2006 American comedy-drama film written and directed by Steve Stockman and starring Sally Field. Executive story editor Charlie Grundy conceived the idea of Michael leaving Dunder Mifflin, and the writers collectively decided the Pam character should leave and try to find out what she wants from life.
