Tod stove

Tod \Tod\ (t[o^]d), n. [Akin to D. todde a rag, G. zotte shag, rag, a tuft of hair, Icel. toddi a piece of a thing, a tod of wool.]

  1. A bush; a thick shrub; a bushy clump. [R.] ``An ivy todde.''
