Połajewek is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Piotrków Kujawski, within Radziejów County, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-central Poland. It lies approximately west of Piotrków Kujawski, south-west of Radziejów, and south of Toruń.
