Piascledine
Piascledine is an herbal supplement that contains extracts of soybean and avocado. Taking 300 mg daily is as effective as taking 400 mg of chondroitin sulfate three times daily for femorotibial gonarthrosis ( arthritis of the knee). The carry-over effect is comparable.
