What is "pathamudayam"

Pathamudayam is a 1985 Indian Malayalam film, directed by J. Sasikumar and produced by Balakrishnan Nair. The film stars Mohanlal, Urvashi, M. G. Soman and T. G. Ravi in lead roles.This was Mohanlal's first double role movie . The film had musical score by Darsan Raman. The film was based on Hindi film Kalicharan.
