Paraibuna is a municipality (município) in the state of São Paulo in Brazil. It is part of the Metropolitan Region of Vale do Paraíba e Litoral Norte. The population is 18,125 (2015 est.) in an area of 809.58 km². The elevation is 635 m. The SP-99 highway passes through the town.
