What is "monokrom"

Monokrom is the third studio album by Indonesian singer-songwriter Tulus. It was released on August 3, 2016, through his own label TulusCompany (Tulus Co.). Monokrom was made available for free digital download through iTunes and was released to online music stores and digital music stores on physical format, along various music streaming in Indonesia.

In cultivation of his album, Tulus had collaboration with The City of Prague Philharmonic Orchestra in Czech Republic for explore musical accompaniment. Most of its songs were written by himself, except "Mahakarya" and "Cahaya" which were written by himself and composer Ari Renaldi. For promote album, it had cooperated with Indonesian beauty cosmetics products Wardah. The themes of album are love story and experienced that everyday can be felt by anyone.
