Miloš ( Cyrillic: Милош, ) is a Slavic masculine given name common in Serbia and Montenegro, and to a lesser degree in the Czech Republic. In Polish, the name is spelled Miłosz. Miloš is a Slavic given name recorded from the early Middle Ages among the Serbs, Czechs and Poles. It is derived from the Slavic root mil-, "merciful" or "dear", which is found in a great number of Slavic given names.

Milos is one of the regional units of Greece. It is part of the region of South Aegean. The regional unit covers the islands of Kimolos, Milos, Serifos, Sifnos and several smaller islands in the Aegean Sea.
