Manikoondu
Manikoondu is a Tamil serial which airs on Sun TV. The name is derived from a popular tower clock in a busy area of Chennai (formerly Madras), Tamil Nadu, India. It started airing in June 2008 for the afternoon soap audience.
It is a half-hour soap drama, airing from Monday to Friday at 12:00pm. The drama stars popular television stars such as Sreeja Chandran, Sanjeev, Nirmala and Shakthi Siva among others. The drama unfolds with the events that occur in three different households in a neighbourhood, and how they are interconnected with one another.
