Lupicinus (comes rei militaris)
Lupicinus was a Roman lieutenant of Valens in Thrace in the late fourth century AD.
His reputed poor treatment of the Thervingi Goths under Fritigern led to the Gothic Wars, and the Battle of Adrianople.
