n. (context English billiards English) When one's cue ball bounces off another ball and then sinks into a pocket. If the ball which one's cue ball bounced off from is the red ball, then one scores three points; but if the ball which one's cue ball bounced off from is the opponent's cue ball, then one scores two points.
