Kelčany (German Keltschan) is a village and municipality ( obec) in Hodonín District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of , and has a population of 242 (as at 1 January 2008).
Kelčany lies approximately north of Hodonín, south-east of Brno, and south-east of Prague.
