Karapınar or '''Macarköy ''' ( Hungarian: Feketeforrás or Magyarfalu (Madzsarköj)) is a Hungarian village in Turkey, at the Aegean shore. Karapınar is the new name of the village.
In June of 2015 it was reported that several sinkholes up to 70 feet deep appeared around the town. Most have been on farmland and are of great concern to the local farmers. It was blamed on recent heavy rains dissolving the limestone underground.
