What is "joycea"

Joycea is a genus of 3 grass species, endemic to Australia. The species were formerly included in Danthonia. The genus name honours Australian botanist Joyce Winifred Vickery.

The currently recognised species are:

• Joycea clelandii (Vickery) H.P.Linder
• Joycea lepidopoda (N.G.Walsh) H.P.Linder
• Joycea pallida (R.Br.) Linder - Silvertop Wallaby Grass, Redanther Wallaby Grass
