What is "jdpr"

JDPR stands for Judge Diplomacy Player Ratings, an online rating system developed for the board game Diplomacy, as played by email around the world on computer servers called Judges. The rating system is loosely based upong the Elo rating system used in chess, adapted for a seven-player game.
