Gampopa "the man from Gampo" or Sönam Rinchen (, 1079–1153), also known by the titles Dakpo Lharjé "the physician from Dakpo" and Daö Zhönnu, "Candraprabhakumara" established the Kagyu school of Tibetan Buddhism.
