What is "fondart"

FONDART or “Fondo Nacional para el Desarrollo Cultural y las Artes” (English: “National Fund for the Development of Culture and the Arts”), is a Chilean governmental agency which provides public funding for projects dedicated to the promotion of art and culture. Its headquarters are located in Plaza Sotomayor, Valparaíso.
