Epicor provides enterprise resource planning (ERP) such as "Epicor ERP" "Epicor Retail Suite" "Epicor HCM" and "Prophet 21," customer relationship management (CRM), supply chain management (SCM), and human capital management (HCM) software to business customers in both Software as a Service (SaaS) and On-Premises deployment models.
On 5 July 2016, Epicor announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by the global investment firm KKR.
