Dalkia is an energy service company that offers management and maintenance services to operators of industrial production sites, public utilities, offices and hospitals.
The company was formerly jointly owned by Veolia Environnement (66%) and Électricité de France (EDF) (34%) until July 2014, when EDF bought the company's French business and Veolia bought its international operations.
