Cítoliby is a small town ( městys) in Louny District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic.
The town covers an area of , and has a population of 1,000 (as at 2 October 2006).
Cítoliby lies approximately south of Louny, south-west of Ústí nad Labem, and north-west of Prague.
