Chroboly is a village and municipality ( obec) in Prachatice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of , and has a population of 471 (as at 2 October 2006).
Chroboly lies approximately south-east of Prachatice, west of České Budějovice, and south of Prague.
