Chotíkov is a village and municipality ( obec) in Plzeň-North District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of , and has a population of 871 (as at 3 July 2006).
Chotíkov lies approximately north-west of Plzeň and south-west of Prague.
