Čeložnice (German Czelloschnitz) is a village and municipality ( obec) in Hodonín District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of , and has a population of 392 (as at 25 February 2008).
Čeložnice lies approximately north of Hodonín, south-east of Brno, and south-east of Prague.
