Castellani may refer to:
- Castellani, (, Kastellanoi) one of the groups of ancient Iberians
Founded in 1903, Castellani Spa is a family-run Italian wine company headquartered in Pontedera, near Pisa. Castellani produces wine from five main Tuscan estates, as well as from areas throughout Italy, and is distributed internationally in 42 countries.
The Castellani or 'Castelani', (, Kastellanoi), were an ancient Iberian or Pre-Roman people of the Iberian peninsula. They inhabited at the feet of the eastern Pyrenees in the northern Tarraconense.
The Castellani are one of the groups mentioned by Claudius Ptolemy in his Geographia, book 2, chapter 5. Their main settlements were:
- Sebendunum , modern day Besalú
- Beseda , Sant Joan de les Abadesses
- Egosa
- Basi
