Benis
Benis (, also romanized as Benīs; also known as Benīz and Biniz) is a village in Guney-ye Sharqi Rural District, in the Central District of Shabestar County, East Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 1,422, in 455 families. Most Benisi residents work in Tehran. The main gathering place of Benisi people in Tehran is the Benis Charity Organization.
