Bellevue (LaGrange, Georgia)

Bellevue is a historic mansion house at 204 Ben Hill Street in LaGrange, Georgia. Built in 1853-55, it was the home of Senator Benjamin Harvey Hill, and is one of the state's finest examples of Greek Revival architecture. Now a historic house museum, it was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1973, and is a contributing structure in Broad Street Historic District.

Bellevue (MBTA station)

Bellevue is a MBTA commuter rail station in West Roxbury, Massachusetts in Boston serving the Needham Line. The original depot, now demolished, was built c. 1870 by the Boston and Providence Railroad.

Bellevue is a primarily African-American neighborhood on the west side of Macon, Georgia, United States. The area is surrounded by the Weslyan neighborhood to the north-northwest, Vineville to the northeast, Hillcrest to the east, Unionville to the southeast and Bloomfield to the south-southwest The area is served by one elementary school, Brookdale Elementary.

Bellevue (electoral district)

Bellevue is a provincial electoral district for the House of Assembly of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. As of 2003 it had 7310 eligible voters.

The district combines traditional fishing communities such as Southern Harbour and Arnold's Cove with the heavy industry of Come By Chance (an oil refinery) and Sunnyside (near the Bull Arm offshore fabrication site). It is also one of the few districts to have elected a member of the Reform Liberal Party - a breakoff bloc of the provincial Liberals led by ex-Liberal leader Joey Smallwood in the 1970s.

Bellevue (Washington, D.C.)

Bellevue is a residential neighborhood in far Southwest in Washington, D.C., in the United States. It is bounded by South Capitol Street, a block of Atlantic Street SE, and 1st Street SE and SW to the north and east; Joliet Street SW and Oxon Run Parkway to the south; Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue SE, Shepherd Parkway, 2nd Street SW, and Xenia Street SW to the west. Bellevue was created from some of the earliest land patents in Maryland, and draws its name from a 1795 mansion built in the area. Subdivisions began in the 1870s, but extensive residential building did not occur until the early 1940s. Bellevue is adjacent to a number of federal and city agency buildings.

Bellevue (Accokeek, Maryland)

Bellevue is a historic plantation house located at 200 Manning Road East, in Accokeek, Prince George's County, Maryland, United States. This Greek Revival style home was constructed in about 1840. It is one of only three surviving examples in Prince George's County of the once-popular Tidewater house style, typical of successful small plantations of that period. Bellevue is in excellent condition, and retains its freestanding chimneys with brick pent, as well as a roughly contemporary kitchen wing. The house stands on a five-acre, partially wooded lot which exemplifies its original plantation setting.

Bellevue was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.

Bellevue (Kingston, Ohio)

Bellevue is a historic farmhouse located near the village of Kingston in southern Pickaway County, Ohio, United States. Built of brick on a stone foundation, it was the home of leading early Ohio politician Renick Dunlap.

Built from 1835 to 1840, Bellevue was constructed for Colonel William Entrekin, whose family owned the property until its sale to Nelson Dunlap in 1899. Nelson's son Renick held several political offices, including Ohio Secretary of Agriculture, State Senator, and United States Assistant Secretary of Agriculture. His house is a rectangular two-and-a-half story structure, located along State Route 159. The Federal style of its original construction endures little changed to the present day, making the house one of the region's best nineteenth-century farmsteads. In 1976, Bellevue was listed on the National Register of Historic Places, both because of its well-preserved architecture and because of its connection to Renick Dunlap.

Bellevue (Pascagoula, Mississippi)

Bellevue, also known as the "Longfellow House", is a historic home in Pascagoula, Mississippi facing the Gulf of Mexico and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

It was built in 1850 as a home for slave trader Daniel Smith Graham. Since then, the building has served a number of functions including a girls' school, a private residence, as well as, a private resort and club owned by Ingalls Shipbuilding. Legend has it that Henry Wadsworth Longfellow once stayed here when he wrote his work The Building of the Ship but little evidence has emerged to support this.

Later, the property was purchased by Richard Scruggs and his wife, Dianne, who restored the structure and donated it to the University of Mississippi Foundation. After being damaged by Hurricane Katrina, it was sold in 2006 to Drs. Randy and Tracy Roth for use as a private residence.

Bellevue (Batesville, Virginia)

Bellevue, also known as Wavertree Hall Farm, is a historic home and farm complex located near Batesville, Albemarle County, Virginia. The main house was built in 1859, and is a two-story, hip-roofed brick building with a two-story pedimented portico. It features wide bracketed eaves in the Italianate style and Greek Revival trim and woodwork. There are two 1 1/2 story brick wings on either side of the main block added about 1913, and a two-story brick south wing added in the 1920s. Also on the property are an antebellum log slave house, several tenant houses, a pump house, chicken house, and stable and barns. There is also an unusual underground room built into the north side of one of the garden terraces.

It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1991.

Bellevue is a historic home located near Goode, Bedford County, Virginia. The main house was built in three phases between about 1824 and 1870. It is a two-story, five bay, brick dwelling in the Federal style. It has a central hall plan, hipped roof, and two frame wings. Also on the property are a contributing school dormitory building known as Inkstand, as well as three dependencies, a garden, and a family cemetery. After the American Civil War, the house was altered to function as a high school for boys established by James Philemon Holcombe (1820–1873). It functioned into the late-19th century.

It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990. It is located in the Bellevue Rural Historic District.
