Bash Abaran or Bash Aparan an Armenian village in Echmiadzin Uyezd of Erivan province of the Russian Empire and the Republic of Armenia (1918–1920). The centre of the Bash-Aparan district. Later a town and regional center in the Armenian Soviet Socialist Republic (1920–1991). Now it's a town - Aparan in the Republic of Armenia's Aragatsotn marz.
