Baone is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Padua in the Italian region Veneto, located about southwest of Venice and about southwest of Padua. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 3,133 and an area of .
Baone borders the following municipalities: Arquà Petrarca, Cinto Euganeo, Este, Galzignano Terme, Lozzo Atestino, Monselice. The municipality of Baone has three frazioni (outlying administrative divisions), in addition to the town of Baone itself: Calaone, Rivadolmo and Valle San Giorgio.
