The All India Backward (SC, ST, OBC) And Minority Communities Employees Federation, known as BAMCEF, is an organization of employees from Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Other Backward Classes (OBC) and Religious Minority Communities (Christian,Muslims, Buddhist, Jain, Sikhs,Lingayat, Shivdharmi etc.) ) in India.

The BAMCEF association was launched in 1971 and finally became a federation in the Year 1973. Mr. Kanshiram who collaborated with colleagues Mr. D. K. Khaparde, Ram Khobragade, C.P Thorat, Namdevo Kamble, Mahonar Aate and other colleagues to build the initiative. After five years of rigorous fieldwork all over India, "The Birth of BAMCEF Convention" was held in Delhi in 1978 and organization was then officially launched as a "Federation" on 6 December 1978 on the anniversary of the death of Dr. Babasaheb B. R. Ambedkar. the Architect of the Indian Constitution. Ideology of BAMCEF is to fight against brahmnical system of india which is creating communal gap between caste of Hindu, also to establish equality in society and to implement anti caste system thought in indians for better tomorrow, and educates people about truths of brahminical system.
