Ballipadar The Name itself sufficient for Indian Black buck's Land [village Bhetanai] in Ganjam district of Southern Odisha. This is a village under Buguda block of Ganjam district located in Odisha, India. It is also a " Grama Panchayat" consists of 3 villages which are Balipadar, Sadasiba Pur Sasan and Sana Balipadar. It has about 15,000 inhabitants. About 15 to 20 small villages depend upon Ballipadar on a daily basis. Ballipadar is in a transition phase between a village and a small city. It serves as a small-scale commercial center. Most people are occupied in the farming sector or run a small business. People have started taking education into consideration.

The majority of people are Hindu. Despite being only a small town it holds about 10 temples of various Gods. People celebrate all the festivals not neglecting any tradition or custom.
