ANGOP
ANGOP or Angola News Agency is the official news agency of the state of Angola, based in Luanda. Founded in 1975, it was a former close ally of the now-defunct official news agency of the Soviet Union, the Telegraph Agency of the Soviet Union (TASS). It is part of the Alliance of Portuguese-speaking News Agencies.
