Wikipedia Al-Asr Sūrat al-‘Aṣr (, "The Declining Day, Eventide, The Epoch, Time") is the 103rd sūrah of the Qur’ān, the Muslim holy book. It contains three āyāt. Surat al-‘Asr is the second shortest sura after al-Kawthar.
